Deluxe Trend Thursday

June 2nd, 2011

Luxury indulgence is dreamt by many and a lifestyle for the elite, and dear Hong Kong has never failed to surprise us in this arena.

Black truffle is considered one of a top tier deluxe food, and as such there are a few world renowned restaurants & menus which offer this delicacy. Restaurant Bruno is one of them; it is famous for creating entire dishes around whole truffles, as opposed to only featuring bits of truffle shavings.Next Wednesday, 8th June 2011, Domani and an impactasia client! will be hosting a deluxe 4-course black truffle dinner paired with rosé wines from Chateau d’Esclans.

If you are only at beginner level of food deluxe, join Hong Kong’s first cheese festival to lend you a head start. The festival will run from 1-5 June 2011, where over 200 different types of cheese around the world will be available for you to explore through a series of workshops, tastings, dinners and even a traditional French cheese market.

The Festival will kick off with the “Cheese Refiners Days” opening on June 1st with an exclusive VIP party at the beautiful Victorian garden of Hullett House (by invitation only), also an impactasia client! For the full festival programme, visit www.cheeserefinersdays.com.
